Experienced Administrator β Sales Orders & Customer Support
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm this position is to start on Monday must be able to get to LS16.
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Administrator to join our busy team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting sales operations and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate input of sales orders onto the system
- Checking and processing customer invoices
- Data entry and maintaining up-to-date records
- Handling customer queries by phone and email in a professional manner
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently
- General administrative duties as required
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
