Domestic and Commercial Cleaner in Southampton

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various commercial premises. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, corridors, restrooms, and communal areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and other fixtures as required
• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels
• Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure bins are emptied regularly
• Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to maintain a safe working environment

Skills

• Experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within allocated timeframes
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
• Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities
