Based in the rapidly growing technology service hub of Belfast, Northern Ireland, we provide bespoke music metadata services to international clients within the media industry.

Working Hours: 35 hours per week with hybrid working and flexible shift patterns available between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday.

Salary Range: £23,962.00 (£25,465.00 after probation) to £27,114.88 per annum. Potential to earn up to £3000 per annum in performance related bonuses.

We will provide the essential IT equipment to support hybrid working. Applicants are responsible for ensuring they have access to a stable and reliable broadband connection at home.

Purpose: To effectively manage the day-to-day operations within the team, developing a high standard of care and communication.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Work directly to the Client Account Manager.
  • With your manager, formulate and implement company strategies in relation to client care issues and policies.
  • Develop an acceptable level of knowledge in relation to all client systems, policies and data processes.
  • Provide training for new users as directed and agreed including documentation and feedback.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Provide ad hoc reports to your manager or clients on team processing achievements in relation to targets.
  • Manage team performance achieving company working practices and any client requirements.
  • Develop personal improvement plans for staff under your care where applicable.
  • Provide guidance and support to any team member as required.

General:

  • Attend all meetings as required.
  • Liaise effectively with internal management.
  • To provide cover when and as agreed with the Senior Management team.
  • To adhere to the terms, conditions and good practices of the company within the On Music Colleague Handbook.
  • Any other duties, within reason and capability, as agreed with the Managing Director.

Essential Experience:

  • Experience mentoring team members and providing basic workflow training.
  • Experience working with large datasets in a target driven environment.
  • Experience producing training materials (e.g. user guides).
  • Experience in basic people management (e.g. performance reviews, development plans).
  • 1 years experience, gained in the last 3 years, of managing a team of 3 or more individuals in a target driven industry.
  • Experience in a client facing role.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • GCSE Mathematics and English Grade C or above.
  • Experience of delivering presentations and training.
  • A formal qualification in Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Analytically orientated/problem solver.
  • Highly motivated, can do attitude.
  • Attention to detail.
