Based in the rapidly growing technology service hub of Belfast, Northern Ireland, we provide bespoke music metadata services to international clients within the media industry.
Working Hours: 35 hours per week with hybrid working and flexible shift patterns available between 08:00 - 17:00, Monday-Friday.
Starting Salary: £23,196.00 per annum (£12.71 per hour), raising to £23,506.00 per annum after 3 months. Potential to earn up to £3000 per annum (pro-rata) in performance related bonuses.

Job Purpose: To identify, research or process metadata using internal and client systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search, locate, research and process domestic/foreign language data according to client policies and workflow schedule as directed by team management to agreed deadlines.
- To develop and maintain knowledge of the music rights industry.
- To be fully conversant and knowledgeable of applicable client systems.
- Work directly to the Team Leader.
- To gain acceptable levels of knowledge in relation to external/internal systems.
- Technical specification requirements for electronic reporting to the relevant societies.
- Core workflows within the team and any additional workflows when necessary.
- To maintain the workflow of data and process in accordance with client data policies.
- To be aware of all quality standards and targets when providing internal assistance.
- To maintain good customer care and relationships with all clients as required.
- Achieve monthly reporting targets as agreed by the Team Leader.
- To maintain client contact details and keep management fully informed of any changes or problems arising.
- To maintain good working relationships and co-operate with your co-workers within the client companies and On Music Ltd as should be expected as standard work practice.
- Attend all internal meetings as required.
- To be innovative in your role, suggesting improvements/efficiencies in the workflows.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Essential:
- Proven ability to maintain high levels of accuracy whilst working with large volumes of data.
- Ability to prioritise workloads.
- Experience working to service level agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
- Ability to work as part of a driven team.
- Experience of logging and tracking requests for data from external third parties.
Desirable:
- Research skills.
- Analytical/problem solving abilities.
- GCSE English and Maths Grade C or equivalent qualifications.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Experience in creating training documentation.
- Experience of mentoring colleagues.
Competencies/Behaviours:

- Willing to learn various processes.
