WME is seeking an IT Support Engineer to support WME Group EMEA. This role will work across the agency’s businesses, including WME, 160/190, IMG Models, IMG Licensing, Done and Dusted.

You should be a strategic, thoughtful and savvy IT professional with a background in and passion for the entertainment industries. You must be detail-oriented, willing to do the work, possess exceptional relationship-building skills, and enjoy working in a highly iterative, agile and fast-paced environment. Must be flexible and able to move quickly from one subject to another. The role will report to WME’s IT Manager based in London (EMEA). Please note this is a 12 month Fixed-Term Contract.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the Helpdesk system for incoming incidents and service requests, ensuring all issues are accurately logged, tracked, and documented.
  • Provide effective end-user computing support across a range of business units, delivering support both remotely and on-site to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Work collaboratively with other IT team members and wider teams to support projects and ongoing IT operations.
  • Maintain flexibility in working hours, including early starts, late finishes, and rotating schedules, in line with business requirements.
  • Adhere to and support the enforcement of all information security policies and procedures.
  • Assist with basic server administration tasks and support network connectivity where required.
  • Support the deployment and day-to-day use of new technologies introduced to meet business needs.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with users at all levels, demonstrating the ability to work independently when required.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a calm, flexible, and customer-focused approach.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve support processes, documentation, and user guidance.
  • Provide IT support across multiple locations as required.

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Working knowledge of ITIL principles and experience using ITSM tools for incident and requests.
  • Familiar with enterprise imaging and deployment tools (e.g. Intune, Windows 11).
  • Background in Level 1 IT Support.
  • Administer and support the Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 productivity suite.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Admin, including user and access management.
  • Enterprise experience deploying, managing, and supporting Windows, macOS, and iOS environments.
  • Enterprise-level AV administration and support.
  • Set up and support mobile devices and desktop telephony.
