Responsibilities
- Manage a small number of existing distributors in the south of England and grow revenue within those.
- Expand the distribution channel throughout the southwest.
- Self‑generate and develop new business opportunities across the product portfolio, including pressure, test and temperature instrumentation.
- Produce quotations for customers; negotiate and close sales by agreeing commercial terms.
- Attend trade conferences and marketing events.
- Create and present technical product training and demonstrations to customers.
- Provide pre‑sales technical assistance.
Qualifications
- Background in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in external field sales or account management, selling engineering solutions directly or through channel partners.
- Experience selling pressure, temperature, flow instrumentation or similar into industry is desirable but not essential.
- Driven, proactive, and eager to develop long‑term business relationships with a focus on customer care.
