We are looking for an experienced Scenic Project Manager to lead the delivery of scenic fabrication projects from workshop through to installation. This role is focused on hands-on project execution, site leadership, and ensuring every scenic build is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Working closely with Scenic Production Managers, you will take ownership of the delivery phase of projects, acting as the senior onsite representative and key point of contact for clients during build and install. With a strong eye for detail and a calm, organised approach, you will ensure projects are finished beautifully, installed correctly, and handed over with confidence.
Responsibilities- Deliver scenic fabrication projects from workshop through to onsite installation
- Act as the senior onsite representative and main client contact during delivery
- Lead installations, coordinating teams, contractors, and logistics
- Ensure scenic builds are installed safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Oversee snagging and finishing with strong attention to detail
- Maintain clear communication between workshop, production, and suppliers
- Champion Health and Safety and environmental standards onsite
- Experience delivering scenic fabrication or build led event projects
- Strong understanding of workshop processes and onsite installations
- Confident leading teams and contractors in live environments
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High standards for build quality and finishing
- Good working knowledge of Health and Safety and RAMS
- Calm, proactive, and solution focused under pressure
The role is based on a 37.5 hour work week. Due to the nature of event support, flexibility is essential with potential early starts, late finishes, and support on some weekends.
