  • Assist with project scheduling, progress tracking and delivery planning.
  • Support transport and logistics planning for project deliveries and collections.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, records and filing systems.
  • Assist with project costing and event accounts administration.
  • Liaise professionally with suppliers, clients and internal departments.
  • Support the team in delivering projects safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
  • Help maintain organisation across multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and project requirements are met.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Teams.
  • A proactive and positive approach to work.
  • Strong time management skills and excellent punctuality.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A willingness to learn and develop within a growing business.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordination or project support role.
  • Experience within the events, fabrication, construction or creative industries.
  • Familiarity with project management or scheduling processes.
  • Experience liaising with suppliers and managing purchasing activities.

Working Hours

This is a full-time role based on a 37.5-hour working week from our Castle Donington facility. However, due to the nature of event installation and operation, flexibility is essential. Shifts may include early starts, late finishes, and a mix of weekdays and weekends.

  • Overtime opportunities
  • Company pension scheme
  • Company bonus scheme
  • Training & progression opportunities.
