The Role

We are looking for an experienced Event Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a client facing role focused on managing projects from initial brief through to final delivery. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives and coordinate the design, production, logistics and installation of a wide range of event and brand activation projects.

From managing nationwide promotional campaigns and roadshows to coordinating branded assets, exhibition materials and event infrastructure, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously. They will be a natural communicator who enjoys building strong client relationships and working collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously from brief through to delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted point of contact and advisor.
  • Coordinate project delivery across design, print, fabrication, branding, logistics and installation teams.
  • Develop project timelines, schedules and delivery plans.
  • Manage project budgets, quotations, purchase orders and cost tracking.
  • Coordinate the storage, maintenance, deployment and return of client assets.
  • Plan and manage nationwide logistics, installations and asset movements.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors and internal departments to ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Support the delivery of roadshows, activations, conferences, exhibitions and live events.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to agreed quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues and challenges.
  • Conduct project reviews and gather client feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in event project management, activation delivery, exhibitions, experiential marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating suppliers, logistics and operational delivery.
  • Commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets.
  • Confidence working with design, print, branding and production teams.
  • A good understanding of live events and event production processes.
  • An appreciation of technical AV and production solutions, although hands on technical expertise is not required.
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills.
  • A proactive, positive and solutions focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Working Hours

This is a full-time role based on a 37.5-hour working week from our Castle Donington facility. However, due to the nature of event installation and operation, flexibility is essential. Shifts may include early starts, late finishes, and a mix of weekdays and weekends.
