At On Device Solutions, we provide enterprises with mobility solutions and streamlined asset management. We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator to support the smooth running of the business across HR administration, finance administration, compliance support, and executive diary coordination. This is a varied role suited to someone who can manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources: To print and organise all new starter paperwork, carry out recruitment search and administration, respond to all incoming reference requests and send request references for new employees, carry out all HR scanning & filing, manage company HR system (Zoho) from operational perspective e.g. time tracking, leave tracking, performance management etc.
  • Finance: To deal with incoming finance emails, enter supplier invoices into purchase order system, generate invoice and follow up on payments, carry out all Procurement scanning and filing.
  • Compliance: Ensure all company policies are kept up to date, carry out operational duties identified during ISO or other compliance audits.
  • Executive Services: To provide electronic diary management to directors, organise travel bookings by arranging accommodation, taxis, trains and planes, coordinate events as required.
  • General: Receiving office guests, keeping the office tidy, employee and customer survey management.

Experience (Must Have): You must be a good oral and written communicator at all levels, have a flexible approach to work, and be proficient in Microsoft.
