About the role:
This position provides an opportunity for the successful candidate to join a fast-growing and innovative team in the brand measurement industry and help manage and grow a thriving UK business. As a key member of the Sales Team, this London based/Hybrid role reports in to the Head of Accounts Management. The candidate will have responsibility for maintaining and developing business at On Device.
Your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain business opportunities with our current clients
- Grow business from existing client base
- Prepare proposals, ensuring they meet our client’s challenges and needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and administrative records
- Manage projects efficiently to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with the Research Team to meet and exceed client expectations
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities with your client base
- Support the development and implementation of new products and services
- Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
- Maximising new business development opportunities
Core skills required:
- 2-3 years' experience in market research sales and/or account management
- An understanding of the media and advertising industries
- Ambition and drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Consultative solution-driven selling skills
- Ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organisation
- Creative problem-solving skills
- A high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency to deliver results
- Be a hands-on, self-starter who works well in a team environment
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce/Hubspot
- Excellent IT skills, particularly MS packages
- Knowledge of Google Workplace would be an advantage
