On-Demand People are seeking a reliable, motivated, and enthusiastic 7.5 Tonne Delivery Driver to join our customer’s team based in the OL3 area on a permanent basis. In this busy and rewarding role, you will be responsible for loading and delivering high‑end stock across the UK and representing our customer to stakeholders with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • Full understanding and compliance with Driver’s Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
  • Accurate reporting of any product or vehicle damage.
  • Previous experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing or logistics environment preferred.
  • Well‑organised, deadline‑driven, and capable of working as part of a team.
  • Proven experience as a 7.5‑tonne delivery driver.
  • Confident in securing loads and managing fragile, high‑value items.
  • Responsible for loading and unloading.
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence.
  • Digital tachograph card and Driver CPC qualification – essential.
  • Friendly, professional, and enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Flexible and willing to support warehouse duties and other team tasks as needed.

Rate Of Pay From £13.00 per hour.

Working Hours 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday), with an early finish on Fridays. Flexibility required for additional hours and overnight stays (accommodation and night‑out allowance provided). Overtime is paid at an enhanced rate.
