Consulting – GenAI, ML & Production AI Systems
ON Data Staffing is working with a specialist data consultancy to hire an AI / ML Manager. This is a senior, hands-on consulting role, leading client engagements and delivering production-grade machine learning and AI solutions.
The Role
You will work directly with client stakeholders to translate complex business problems into scalable ML and AI solutions, owning projects end-to-end while leading small to mid-sized delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead machine learning and AI initiatives from problem definition to production
- Architect and deploy end-to-end ML and GenAI systems
- Provide technical leadership across delivery teams
- Build feature pipelines, model workflows, and deployment systems
