On have recently opened a new tech hub in London and we are currently looking to add multiple backend leaning Software Engineers to our Finance and Operations Technology department. As part of the Operations cluster, the team will play a key role in how we integrate with our supply chain, warehouse and commercial partners, influencing the future success of On. You must be comfortable working in the office 2 days per week in our new office in Shoreditch.
Your Mission
- Develop, maintain and operate cloud-native applications using microservice architectures
- Build and operate streaming pipelines using Kafka
- Work with your team to design, evaluate and plan forward-looking projects that take On to the next level of technology
- Help shape On’s engineering culture and contribute to its current and future success
Your story
- 3+ years of experience with TypeScript tech stacks on the backend
- Proficient in the development of large scale systems for your team
- Proven track record of developing, deploying and maintaining cloud-native applications
- Build strong collaborative relationships with other engineers, product and business stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model (twice per week in our London office)
