As the Senior Specialist - Brand Communications, EMEA North (Sneaker & Culture), you are the core link between On and youth sneaker culture in our key cities. Reporting to the Sub-Regional Brand Comms Lead, your role is to help us become the most aspirational sportswear brand for the next generation. You will do this by driving our brand presence on the ground and executing authentic, locally relevant campaigns.
Your Mission
- Build and maintain genuine relationships with local creators, cultural partners, communities, and retail store teams.
- Lead and deliver local marketing activations across digital and physical channels, driving cultural relevance and brand heat.
- Ensure every On touchpoint in your cities is premium, credible, and culturally resonant.
- Support the wider EMEA Marketing team’s goals by delivering strong storytelling and engaging experiential campaigns that inspire our fans.
Your story
- 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, communications, or cultural/community marketing.
- Deeply plugged into youth sneaker and streetwear culture, with a clear understanding of current trends and what drives them.
- A strong, active network of local creators, cultural partners, and industry contacts in our key cities.
- Hands-on experience running local events, brand activations, or cross-channel campaigns from start to finish.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate high-level brand goals into credible, grassroots execution.
