As we continue to evolve our approach, we are looking for a passionate D&I Lead to own our regional strategy, drive inclusion initiatives, and champion a culture of equity and belonging.

Your Mission

  • Regional Strategy & Ownership: Own and execute the D&I strategy for the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with our global goals while effectively tailoring programs to meet local needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Inclusion Group Management: Serve as the primary lead and advocate for our global Inclusion Groups. You will provide guidance, structure, and support to ensure they are empowered to foster community and contribute meaningfully to our inclusive culture.
  • Diversity Hiring Support: Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition teams to design, implement, and measure diversity hiring initiatives. You will help manage community partnerships and talent acquisition events focused on building diverse talent pipelines.
  • Inclusive Leadership Training & Coaching: Supporting On’s leaders with coaching and training to bring inclusion and allyship to life with strong inclusive leadership skills.
  • Internal Consulting: Act as the dedicated D&I subject matter expert and consultant for leaders and teams. You will develop and provide resources, toolkits, and best practices to embed inclusive behaviors and processes.
  • Data & Reporting: Establish and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of specific D&I initiatives. You will be responsible for analyzing data, reporting on progress to leadership, and making data-driven recommendations for future action.
  • Impact Storytelling: Own regional insights, data, and stories to the Diversity and Inclusion section of On’s annual Impact Progress Report.

Your Story

In addition to a specific passion for fostering an inclusive and equitable work environment, we hope you’ll also bring:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in the diversity and inclusion field, with a proven track record of leading D&I initiatives across the EMEA region. Exposure to the US market is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing, scaling, or providing direct support to employee resource groups (ERGs) or inclusion groups.
  • A strong background in partnering with recruitment teams to develop and implement successful diversity hiring programs.
  • Deep understanding of the unique cultural nuances, challenges, and legal landscapes related to D&I in various countries across EMEA, APAC & Americas.
  • Leading with data: you know how to use metrics and insights to drive leader accountability and measure the impact of your initiatives.
  • A collaborative mindset: you excel at leading cross-functional projects and navigating ambiguity to achieve shared goals.
  • Self-motivated: you are a self-starter skilled at proactively developing ideas, gaining stakeholder buy-in, and executing with a hands-on approach.

About the Team

You will be a key member of the global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) and Social Impact team, reporting directly to the Director of DEIB & Social Impact. You will work in close partnership with business leaders, the Talent Team, and employees across On to bring our D&I vision to life.
