We're seeking a Senior Digital Copywriter to craft our tone of voice across digital channels, including on.com and CRM. This role is ideal for a digital-first writer who brings sharp judgment, creativity, and end-to-end ownership to everything they touch. The ideal candidate will be confident writing about product, tech and innovation across several verticals and for multiple communities, collaborating closely with our CRM, Digital, and E-commerce teams.
This role requires a person who's adept at navigating complex digital projects, distilling input with clarity, and making confident creative decisions. You're also deeply curious about how AI and emerging tools can elevate both workflow and creative excellence.
Your Mission
- Write and edit compelling digital copy across email, landing pages, paid media, and PDPs.
- Partner with CRM, Digital, and E-commerce teams to drive engagement and conversion throughout the customer journey.
- Lead end-to-end copy projects with autonomy, from brief to final delivery.
- Maintain and evolve On's tone of voice across digital platforms.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all content.
- Use A/B testing and performance insights to refine and optimise copy.
- Explore and apply AI tools to improve quality and efficiency.
