As a Senior Engineer in the Digital Twin team, you will develop the technological infrastructure that enables On to identify products across warehouses, retail stores and beyond using technologies such as RFID. As part of the Operations cluster, this team plays a key role in how we integrate with our supply chain, warehouse and commercial partners, influencing the future success of On.

Your Mission
- Write well‑tested, scalable and reliable code that integrates On’s system with RFID solutions
- Develop, maintain and operate cloud‑native applications using microservice architectures
- Work with your team to design, evaluate and plan forward‑looking projects that take On to the next level of technology
- Drive technical projects that help us create more robust services
- Help shape On’s engineering culture and contribute to its current and future success

- Extensive experience with TypeScript tech stacks on the backend
- Proficient in leading the development of large scale systems in your team
- Proven track record of developing, deploying and maintaining cloud‑native applications

- You communicate effectively in both remote and on‑site working environments
