You will be a technical leader, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.Your Mission D365 Implementation and Customization:Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of D365 projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.Develop custom solutions within D365 F&O (Finance and Operations) to meet specific business needs in the retail industry.Configure and customize D365 modules relevant to financeIntegrate D365 with other business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, e-commerce platforms).Technical Expertise:Possess deep technical understanding of D365 architecture, development frameworks (X++, .NET), and data management.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.Stay current with the latest D365 features, updates, and industry trends.Solution Design:Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.Propose and evaluate different technical solutions to address complex finance challenges.Contribute to the overall architecture and design of D365 solutions.Teamwork and Mentorship:Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to developers.Share knowledge and best practices with the team.Problem Solving and Support:Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to D365 implementations.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing D365 systems.Proactively identify and address potential system performance bottlenecks.Your story 6+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 development and implementation, with a specific focus on the retail industry.Strong proficiency in X++, TypeScript, .NET, C#, and related technologies.Experience with D365 F&O modules relevant to finance (GL, AP, AR etc.)Knowledge of D365 data management and integration tools.Experience with Azure DevOps/Jira or similar tools for source control and CI/CD.Understanding of finance business processes (e.g., accounting, controlling, financial planning & reporting).About the Team You will be part of a highly specialized D365 F&O team that implements features from design to deployment, being responsible and in charge of the full process and delivery.
