We’re looking for an innovative Senior Lead to build the future of our brand community.

As our Creator Marketing Senior Lead, you will cultivate a best-in-class ecosystem that captures imagination, elevates our social presence, and achieves ambitious commercial goals.

Leading an agile team, you will be responsible for setting the strategy and vision for how we approach Creator Marketing at a global and local level.

Bridging the gap between organic and paid to set up and implement a creative engine that fuses both organic and paid social content needs.

This role reports directly to the Global Head of Social Media, combining strategic direction with creative execution.

You’ll have a deep understanding of culture and what drives it to increase On’s brand visibility and actively influence the conversations that drive key business results.

  • Your Mission
  • Build and implement a cohesive Creator strategy that elevates how we approach sourcing, briefing and directing Creators to deliver entertaining and interesting on-brand assets efficiently for organic and paid media teams.
  • Lead an engaged team of Specialists to inspire new thinking and ideas - setting up the vision for the team and working closely on bringing it to life.
  • Establish a commissioning framework for a diverse mix of creators (defining content pillars and themes across our verticals).

With commissions designed to capture attention and build our premium brand identity amongst our target communities.

  • Move at the speed of culture to spot emerging creators, subcultures, and platform shifts early, and mobilise creators with agility to capitalize on moments before they pass.
  • Establish clear KPIs for creator initiatives (across brand equity, engagement, and conversion).

Analyse performance data to continuously optimize spend, creator selection and support paid media in achieving their goals.

  • Educate teams on how to work with Creators ensuring content meets the brand's aesthetic standards without stripping away the creator's unique, authentic voice.
  • Steer and guide stakeholders at all levels with an innovation approach aimed at challenging the status quo.
  • Your story
  • 10+ years working in creator and influencer marketing, social media or cultural marketing and 3+ years leading high-performing teams across different locations
  • Deep social understanding for what drives share-ability on the internet, understanding the platform mechanics (Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, emerging channels), and possesses an intuitive eye for high-end visual storytelling and curation.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and confident presenting ideas cross-functionally and to senior leadership teams
  • Confident working with Creators, shaping ideas with them and knowing when to let go of control - instilling this ethos with members of your team
  • Experience partnering with creator marketing agencies and platforms to brief, source and measure potential creator partners
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including social media, paid social, legal and finance teams.
  • Proven experience of developing and scaling creator-led initiatives from strategy and concepting through execution and optimisation
  • You’re organised, understand the sportswear landscape and are curious to shape sports and culture
