Project Coordinator

Role Overview
The Project Coordinator will support a range of experiential marketing campaigns, working closely with account, production and creative teams to deliver high‑quality live brand experiences.
Responsibilities
- Customer service response management via email and phone, acting as the primary contact for customer inquiries and hospitality services.
- Support the delivery of content on digital platforms, including website and social media, and contribute to content concepts and timing.
- Assist with the day‑to‑day delivery of customer engagement and acquisition campaigns.
- Maintain key administrative tasks for client accounts, including weekly KPI reporting and event‑day documentation.
- Support the Event Production Lead with supplier and stakeholder coordination and on‑ground event execution.
- Manage own workload using OBE London’s project management processes and aid the presentation of responses to briefs and key documents.
- Assist with delivery budget management and presentation of budgets to the Account Lead.
Qualifications and Experience
- Passion for brand and experiential marketing in the sports and entertainment sector.
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organised and detail‑oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a problem‑solving mindset.
- Calm under pressure and approachable at all times.
Package and Benefits
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Hybrid, London (minimum 3 days per week in office)
