The Project Coordinator is a proactive individual eager to cut their teeth and get stuck into all areas of Experiential Marketing. With a keen desire to learn and a passion for the industry, the Project Coordinator will have the opportunity to work across a multitude of service areas, to include:

  • Account & Project Administration
  • Event Production Support

The role works closely with the wider team and will support the execution of experiential campaigns to help ensure they are delivered to the requirements of client specifications. This Project Coordinator role is hugely varied and will work closely with the account, production and creative functions within the business to help build live experiences in line with client briefs and objectives. You will be working across one of the agency’s biggest and high-profile clients, Nike. From large scale campaigns to smaller bespoke experiential activations in a wide range of settings across Running, Training, Football, Fitness, Retail and more. You will be part of a team ensuring that we provide a service for ‘in real life’ moments that are best in class. On a day-to-day basis you work collaboratively and creatively with your colleagues, suppliers and clients in order to help deliver high-quality campaigns. Fresh thinking is part of our DNA, to bring disruptive and innovative ideas to all of our campaigns.

The Project Coordinator role is varied, and you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Assisting the Account Lead in managing day to day relationships with allocated clients
  • Working alongside the Account Lead to facilitate client briefs
  • Managing specific day to day administrative tasks
  • Supporting the creation of key client documentation
  • Managing your own workload using OBE London’s project management processes
  • Supporting with the presentation of responses to briefs and key documents to clients
  • Supporting Account Lead with the management of delivery budgets

Event Production Support:

  • Supporting the Event Production Lead with innovative and creative solutions in the design and delivery phase of campaigns
  • Assisting the Event Production Lead with the management of key suppliers, stakeholders and partners
  • Supporting on ground execution of client events
  • Supporting the completion of key event delivery documentation

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours a week

Location: Hybrid, London, minimum of 3 days a week in office / with your colleagues

Salary: £29,000

Holiday: 25 days annual leave (pro rata), Bank Holidays & time off in lieu for every weekend day worked
