We are looking to add to our Production team, as we continue to define experiential marketing and help achieve targeted growth. We work with brands that care. THE ROLE
The Event Producer will predominantly work across our NFL and NFL Teams clients, supporting the planning and execution of our Youth Tournaments across the country. An excellent multi-tasker and someone who can manage multiple projects in a wide range of settings. The Event Producer is responsible for creating heightened moments of in-person engagement with impact. This role manages all the elements that come together to create the live delivery aspect of our campaigns in relation to our client work.

The Event Producer is responsible for all live experience touch points and will ensure that OBE London provides a service for 'in real life' moments that are best in class and deliver to our client's needs. On a day-to-day basis, the Event Producer will work collaboratively and creatively with colleagues and the client in order to deliver high-quality campaigns. The Event Producer plays a fundamental role in the process of creative solutions for our client work. This individual is to have/gain quickly the highest level of understanding of their clients' needs, their brand and the space they operate in.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Event Producer role is varied, and you are responsible for:
- Experiential Delivery
- Have a passion/obsession for our client's consumers
- Provide innovative and creative solutions in campaigns where necessary
- Implement the executional plan in line with client requirements
- Ensure consistency of delivery across live experiences
- Understand your client needs and latest industry developments within the space
- Ensure the safe and successful delivery of your experiential work across all aspects including but not limited to:
- Licensing permits and consultation
- Venue Sourcing & Management
- Branding
- Customer/Event Experience
- Sporting Management
- Production & Logistics
- Show Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Staffing
- Health & Safety
Team Management
- Day to day management of your event delivery team
- On the ground empowerment of your delivery team, making sure they are equipped and briefed to deliver to OBE London standards
- Create good working relationships with all departments
- Working collaboratively with the wider team as you each pull together your areas of delivery
- Providing timely and accurate quality reports to senior management
- Being an internal knowledge source around all things related to event production
- Ability to work collaboratively with the client and being an extension of their team as required
ABOUT THE PERSON
- Are passionate about brand and experiential delivery in the sport and entertainment space
- Have high level competence in event production
- Have a proven track record of managing experiences in a variety of settings
- Have a DNA of fresh thinking to create disruptive campaigns

- Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in an event delivery role
PACKAGE
- Contract: Fixed Term Contract (4 months)
- Hours: 37.5 hours a week
- Location: Hybrid (Ability to attend Soho Works, 180 The Strand and/or client environments at least three days per week)
- Salary: £35,000 - £44,000 pro-rated (depending on experience)
- Holiday: 20 days annual leave, Bank Holidays & time off in lieu for every weekend day worked
