The London office is the most recent to open its doors in the OBE family, backed by years of experiential experience. We are looking to add to our Production team as we continue to define experiential marketing and help achieve targeted growth.

The Event Producer will predominantly work across our NFL and NFL Teams clients, supporting the planning and execution of our Youth Tournaments across the country. This role manages all the elements that come together to create the live delivery aspect of our campaigns in relation to our client work.

The Event Producer is responsible for all live experience touch points and will ensure that OBE London provides a service for ‘in real life’ moments that are best in class and deliver to our client’s needs.

On a day-to-day basis, the Event Producer will work collaboratively and creatively with colleagues and the client in order to deliver high-quality campaigns. This individual is to have or gain quickly the highest level of understanding of their clients’ needs, their brand and the space they operate in.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Event Producer role is varied, and you are responsible for:

  • Experiential Delivery
  • Providing innovative and creative solutions in campaigns where necessary
  • Implementing the executional plan in line with client requirements
  • Ensuring consistency of delivery across live experiences
  • Understanding your client needs and latest industry developments within the space
  • Ensuring the safe and successful delivery of your experiential work across all aspects including but not limited to:
  • Licensing permits and consultation
  • Venue Sourcing & Management
  • Branding
  • Customer / Event Experience
  • Sporting Management
  • Production & Logistics
  • Show Management
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Staffing
  • Health & Safety
  • Monitoring and tracking your workload against the Critical Path via Monday.com
  • Working with stakeholders and suppliers and creating and maintaining great relationships
  • Staying up to date with OBE London’s suite of event services, pricing model and competitive advantage
  • Ownership, completion, and the full understanding of key event delivery documentation
  • Financial Management
  • Managing effectively and efficiently allocated budget lines
  • Day to day management of your event delivery team
  • Creating good working relationships with all departments
  • Providing timely and accurate quality reports to senior management
  • Being an internal knowledge source around all things related to event production
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the client and being an extension of their team as required
  • About the Person

    As the Event Producer you:

    • Have a proven track record of managing experiences in a variety of settings

    • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an event delivery role
    Package

    Contract: Fixed Term Contract (4 months)
    Hours: 37.5 hours a week
    Location: Hybrid (Ability to attend Soho Works, 180 The Strand and/or client environments at least three days per week)
    Salary: £35,000 - £44,000 pro-rated (depending on experience)
    Holiday: 20 days annual leave, Bank Holidays & time off in lieu for every weekend day worked
