We are looking to add to our portfolio of Freelance Event Producers to work across our most high-profile accounts, as we continue to define experiential marketing and help achieve targeted growth. A Freelance Event Producer is responsible for creating heightened moments of in-person engagement with impact. This role manages all the elements that come together to create the live delivery aspect of our campaigns in relation to our client work.
Key responsibilities of the role could focus on:

The Freelance Event Producer could work across all aspects of experiential delivery for one or more of our exciting portfolio of clients; a roster which currently includes Nike, NFL, New York Jets, JPMorgan Chase, OpenAI and Sky Bet. An excellent multi-tasker and someone who can manage multiple projects; from large scale campaigns to smaller bespoke activations in a wide range of settings.
A Freelance Event Producer is responsible for all live experience touch points and will ensure that OBE London provide a service for ‘in real life’ moments that are best in class and deliver to our client’s needs. On a day-to-day basis, the Freelance Event Producer will work collaboratively and creatively with colleagues and the client in order to deliver high quality campaigns. Fresh thinking is part of our DNA, to bring disruptive and innovative ideas to all our campaigns. The Freelance Event Producer plays a fundamental role in the process of creative solutions for our client work. This individual is to have / gain quickly the highest level of understanding of their clients’ needs, their brand and the space they operate in.

About the person:
- Are passionate about brand and experiential delivery in the sport and entertainment space
- Have high level competence in event production
- Have a proven track record of managing experiences in a variety of settings
- Have a DNA of fresh thinking to create disruptive campaigns

- Are competent in using agency project tracking and finance platforms
