Your Mission:
- Support the EMEA product strategy and build future forecasts.
- Collaborate with category sales leads and product team to build product range plans.
- Work cross-functionally with our Direct retail teams to ensure assortment plans are consistent between our retailer partners and our own channels.
- Lead research projects and translate market insights from the markets into overall regional product needs.
- Define competitor set for On competitors to help guide the Sales team.
Your Story:
- You’re curious about Commercial Strategy and Merchandising and have a passion for sports, fashion, or On’s mission.
- You enjoy working with data. Prior experience with data reporting tools (e.g. Excel) is a big plus and you should be eager to develop data analysis skills.
- You have good presentation skills and don’t shy away from sharing your ideas and enjoy presenting to others.
- You are comfortable using tools like Word, PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- You’re skilled at connecting the dots, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with people.

You will join a close-knit EMEA Merchandising team where you will develop skills and have an impact to balance crucial factors such as sustainability, innovation, technical excellence and consumer needs and trends to ensure everything that leaves the On Product Lab delivers the wow to our On communities around the globe.
