This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous office experience to join a small, friendly team in a manufacturing setting.
As this is a manufacturing setting, the successful candidate would be required to work on site.

The Administrators will do a range of tasks around current and potential new customers.
The two roles are slightly different with a requirement for strong admin and organisational skills in both.
This is a full position working Sunday-Thrsday If you have experience working in a customer service role, dealing with customers on the phone as well as being able to report, and include data input, into various Excel spreadsheets, then this could be the role for you!
What you will be doing Answering incoming calls and taking new enquiries Liaising with customers as well as across in-house teams to ensure consistency, accuracy and quality of orders Perform checks on paperwork for production, ensuring that labels are completed as required
