We are seeking a Production Manager to join our team, with salary dependent on experience. Working in a small team, you will oversee daily production lines to ensure high-quality food-to-go products with minimal interruptions.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing rotas, HR processes, and keeping training up to date.
- Overseeing smooth running of the business by coordinating stock, production, picking, and dispatch with department leaders.
- Ensuring stock levels meet requirements, maintaining product quality and minimizing waste.
- Leading and promoting a strong food safety culture, ensuring traceability and compliance with BRC and company procedures.
- Managing staffing rotas, cover, HR processes (interviews, disciplinary, absence reviews), inductions, and training.
- Liaising with Production Supervisors, team leaders, and other departments to ensure efficient food-to-go production.
- Attending management meetings, setting a positive example for staff, and ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and Health & Safety regulations.
About You:
- Experience of working within the FMCG Sector.
- Candidates must be flexible, hard-working and possess a positive attitude to work.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced production environment.
