OMSE are searching for a highly conceptual, detailed oriented, and multi-disciplinary senior designer to join our team in London on a full-time basis in our Shoreditch studio with work-from-home on Wednesdays.

About us

We are an award-winning branding studio working across a variety of sectors and disciplines.

We believe that any organisation can look good and have impact in the world around them - whether they are an up-and-coming tech company, an eclectic music venue or even a 200 year old church in Hackney!

Currently, we are a tight knit, highly collaborative team consisting of two creative directors, one account director, one account manager and two designers.

This is a very exciting time to join as we continue to grow.

We split the week in two working from home on Wednesdays.

About the role

  • Lead motion design from concept through to final delivery across branding, digital, and campaign projects.
  • Create expressive, considered 2D animations using After Effects and/or Cavalry to bring brand identities to life.
  • Develop motion languages and animation principles as part of comprehensive brand systems.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure motion and static work feel cohesive and intentional.
  • Push for ambition and experimentation on every project, finding the most interesting version of every brief.
  • Explore and integrate new tools and technologies, including AI, to elevate the quality and efficiency of the work.
  • Present motion work confidently to clients, articulating creative decisions with clarity.
  • Stay current with trends in motion, design, and technology. And bring what you find back into the studio.
  • Contribute to a culture of sharing, curiosity, and creative generosity across the team.
