What you’ll be doing:

  • Concepting, designing, and producing high‑performing paid social ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more
  • Leading creative strategy for performance campaigns — from ideation to execution
  • Building and refining creative frameworks that scale
  • Analysing creative performance and using insights to drive iteration
  • Working closely with growth to test new hypotheses, formats, and storytelling angles
  • Bringing fresh ideas, formats, and creative trends into the mix

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years experience in performance creative, paid social design, or growth‑focused creative roles
  • A portfolio that shows strong visual craft and an understanding of performance
  • Experience designing for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels
  • Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality
  • Comfort working with data, insights, and creative testing frameworks
  • Motion design skills are a strong advantage
  • Experience in wellness, lifestyle, or DTC is bonus
