Own the funnel. Own the growth. OMRE is building one of the defining longevity brands of our generation. We create science‑backed supplements designed to improve healthspan not just lifespan. In just over two years we’ve built a premium, high‑intent customer base with the US as our largest market. Now we’re entering our next stage of scale and paid search is one of the levers that decides how far we go.
This isn’t a “manage campaigns” role. This is build funnels, test angles, launch fast, and scale what works. The ad account is only the surface. The real work is the landing pages, the conversion architecture, the messaging, and the speed of iteration. You’ll run Search, Shopping, YouTube, PMax. You’ll build landing pages yourself. You’ll use AI to move faster. You’ll focus on signal, not noise. You’ll operate with real ownership, because your work directly drives revenue.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Growth keeping you close to strategy, close to decisions, close to the numbers. The foundations are built, but the growth engine is still being shaped. Longevity is exploding as a category, and our customers are high‑intent and curious. Our products are clinically backed and premium so you’re scaling something that works. If you want to build, not maintain, this is the place.
You’ve run Google Ads properly - not just tweaked bids. You understand that funnels beat keywords. You can build pages end‑to‑end and you’re comfortable moving fast. You’ve worked in environments where pace matters and ambiguity isn’t a blocker. You like autonomy, you like impact, and you want to see your decisions reflected in the numbers. If you’re looking for a role where you can genuinely shape the growth engine of a brand, this is it!
You think in funnels, not keywords. You move fast and ship without waiting. You’re comfortable building pages yourself and testing angles today, not next week. You’re energised by autonomy, ownership, and commercial impact. You care about longevity and want to help people live better day to day.
Please include your answers (max 400 words each) in your CV or cover letter when you apply:
- Yesterday’s Google results look down. How do you decide what’s real, what’s noise, and what to do next?
- You need a landing page live today. Creative is busy. What do you do?
