About the Role

We’re hiring a Performance & CRO Lead to own paid acquisition performance and conversion across Meta, Google and our website. You’ll turn advertising spend into profitable customers by combining paid media leadership, funnel strategy, CRO and customer‑insight‑driven decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Paid media performance across Meta, Google and other channels
  • Funnel strategy across top, middle and bottom‑of‑funnel
  • CRO across landing pages, product pages and website
  • Persona‑led messaging, angles and funnel concepts
  • Cross‑functional alignment with Creative, eCommerce, CRM and Finance

Qualifications

  • Strong performance marketing experience (DTC/eCommerce)
  • Hands‑on Meta or Google media buying
  • Proven CRO and funnel‑building experience
  • Deep understanding of customer awareness, message match and direct response
  • Commercial sharpness and data‑driven judgement
  • Curiosity, analytical thinking and a relentless drive for improvement
