In just over two years, we’ve grown into a market‑leading brand in the US with strong product‑market fit and a highly engaged customer base.
We’re now building a world‑class content engine across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube and we’re looking for a Social Video Creative who’s proactive, curious, and obsessed with what makes content grow. Not someone who waits for a brief, but someone who brings ideas, experiments constantly, and cares as much about performance and storytelling as the edit itself.
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Think like a creative problem solver, not just an executor
- Are hungry to improve, iterate, and push ideas further
- Understand internet culture and platform behaviour
- Take ownership from concept through to delivery
- Enjoy working fast, testing often, and learning from results
- Want to help build a brand, not just create content for one
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating content
- Filming short‑form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube
- Capturing founder‑led, educational, behind‑the‑scenes, lifestyle, and trend‑driven content
- Turning ideas into engaging, platform‑native videos quickly
- Assisting with longer‑form YouTube content when needed
- Maximising output from shoots, events, and day‑to‑day moments
- Prioritising momentum over perfection
Ideation & creative development:
- Sourcing inspiration across platforms and internet culture
- Bringing fresh ideas proactively
- Spotting trends, hooks, and formats early
- Iterating quickly on winning concepts
- Understanding why content performs — and how to improve it
Editing & fast‑turnaround production:
- Editing short‑form content using CapCut or similar tools
- Repurposing existing footage into multiple formats
- Creating quick‑turnaround content without heavy production workflows
- Using AI tools to speed up ideation, scripting, and editing
- Helping maximise the value of existing shoots and assets
Organic growth & channel development:
- Posting and managing content across platforms
- Understanding platform best practices and audience behaviour
- Learning from analytics, retention, and engagement
- Improving hooks, pacing, storytelling, and watch time
- Helping build repeatable content systems that scale
- Caring about what performs — not just what looks good
Collaboration:
You’ll work closely with the Founder, Senior Video creative and growth teams. This is a highly collaborative role with real creative ownership.
This role is perfect for someone who:
- Is obsessed with social media, storytelling, and internet culture
- Constantly saves ideas, trends, hooks, and references
- Wants to help build a brand from the inside
- Enjoys moving quickly and wearing multiple hats
- Has strong creative instincts and a bias toward action
- Gets excited by testing, learning, and improving performance
What we’re looking for:
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Comfortable filming independently and being on camera
- Basic editing skills (CapCut or similar)
- Strong instincts for attention, storytelling, and pacing
- Resourceful, proactive, and self‑starting
- Comfortable in fast‑moving environments
- Organised and execution‑focused
- Strong understanding of internet culture and platform behaviour
- Comfortable collaborating on shoots
- Interest in AI tools and modern content workflows
Bonus points:
- Experience growing personal or brand channels
- Experience filming founders or creators
- Photography or camera knowledge
- Experience with YouTube workflows
- Experience creating content for consumer brands
What success looks like:
- Consistent output of high‑quality short‑form content
- Organic channels growing in reach, engagement, and followers
