- Concepting, designing, and producing high‑performing paid social ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more
- Leading creative strategy for performance campaigns — from ideation to execution

Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in performance creative, paid social design, or growth‑focused creative roles
- A portfolio that shows strong visual craft and an understanding of performance

- Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality
- Comfort working with data, insights, and creative testing frameworks
