We’re now hiring a Junior PPC Executive, a hungry, analytical graduate who wants to learn performance marketing inside a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment. You’ll work directly under our Head of PPC, receiving hands‑on training by one of the best, weekly coaching, and real ownership from day one. If you’re ambitious, curious, and excited about growth marketing, this is a career‑defining first role.
What You’ll Do
- Build, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok
- Support daily performance checks and structured testing
- Use AI tools to analyse data, spot trends, and automate workflows
- Work with the creative team to brief and test new ads
- Assist with landing page testing and CRO
- Learn the full growth engine: acquisition, creative, retention, eCommerce
Who You Are
- Hungry to learn PPC and performance marketing
- Analytical, detail‑oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable with numbers and problem‑solving
