About the Role

This role is perfect for a designer who understands the world of paid social, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to create high-impact creative for a brand that’s scaling quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Designing high-performing static and motion ads for Meta, TikTok and other paid channels
  • Turning hooks, angles and insights into creative concepts that drive conversions
  • Iterating fast based on performance data and creative testing
  • Working closely with our growth and content teams to develop new ideas weekly
  • Owning the creative process end-to-end: concepts, storyboards, edits, variations
  • Staying on top of trends, formats and platform best practices
  • Helping shape Omre’s visual identity across paid channels

What you bring

  • 2 - 4 years’ experience in performance creative, paid social design or similar
  • Strong portfolio of ads across Meta/TikTok (static + motion)
  • Ability to design for performance, not just aesthetics
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
  • Skilled in Adobe Suite, Figma, or similar tools
  • Understanding of hooks, angles, UGC formats and creative testing
  • A proactive, ideas-driven mindset

Preferred Skills

  • Experience editing short-form video
  • Understanding of D2C, wellness or lifestyle brands
  • Ability to brief creators or work with UGC talent
