What you’ll be doing:
- Creating content
- Filming short‑form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube
- Capturing founder‑led, educational, behind‑the‑scenes, lifestyle, and trend‑driven content
- Turning ideas into engaging, platform‑native videos quickly
- Assisting with longer‑form YouTube content when needed
- Maximising output from shoots, events, and day‑to‑day moments
- Prioritising momentum over perfection
Ideation & creative development:
- Sourcing inspiration across platforms and internet culture
- Bringing fresh ideas proactively
- Spotting trends, hooks, and formats early
- Iterating quickly on winning concepts
- Understanding why content performs — and how to improve it
Editing & fast‑turnaround production:
- Editing short‑form content using CapCut or similar tools
- Repurposing existing footage into multiple formats
- Creating quick‑turnaround content without heavy production workflows
- Using AI tools to speed up ideation, scripting, and editing
- Helping maximise the value of existing shoots and assets
Organic growth & channel development:
- Posting and managing content across platforms
- Understanding platform best practices and audience behaviour
- Learning from analytics, retention, and engagement
- Improving hooks, pacing, storytelling, and watch time
- Helping build repeatable content systems that scale
- Caring about what performs — not just what looks good
Collaboration:
You’ll work closely with the Founder, Senior Video creative and growth teams. This is a highly collaborative role with real creative ownership.

- Comfortable filming independently and being on camera
- Basic editing skills (CapCut or similar)
