What you’ll be doing:
- Concepting, designing, and producing high-performing paid social ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more
- Leading creative strategy for performance campaigns — from ideation to execution
- Building and refining creative frameworks that scale
- Analysing creative performance and using insights to drive iteration
- Working closely with growth to test new hypotheses, formats, and storytelling angles
- Bringing fresh ideas, formats, and creative trends into the mix
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years experience in performance creative, paid social design, or growth-focused creative roles
- A portfolio that shows strong visual craft and an understanding of performance
- Experience designing for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels
- Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality
- Comfort working with data, insights, and creative testing frameworks
- Motion design skills are a strong advantage
- Experience in wellness, lifestyle, or DTC is bonus
