A category that’s exploding. We’ve just launched a full brand refresh and now we’re looking for a Junior Designer who wants to grow quickly inside a premium, purpose‑driven brand.
This isn’t a “make assets” role. This is crafting visuals, shaping campaigns, and building a brand that stands out. You’ll work across paid, social, CRM, and web. You’ll learn fast. You’ll ship fast. And your work will be seen by millions.

What you’ll do:
- Create on‑brand assets across paid ads, organic social, CRM, and web
- Support campaign concepts with the wider marketing team
- Maintain and organise our design system and asset library
- Explore and implement AI tools to scale creative output
- Bring fresh ideas, visual thinking, and a high bar for craft
