Why OMRE: You’re joining at a moment where the foundations are built, but the brand is still being shaped. You’ll work closely with the Senior Creative Designer and Head of Brand & Creative giving you direct access to real mentorship, real ownership. Longevity is exploding as a category, and our customers are design‑aware, curious, and high‑intent. Our products are premium and clinically backed; you’re designing for something that works. If you want to grow fast inside a brand with ambition, this is the place.

What you’ll do:

  • Create on‑brand assets across paid ads, organic social, CRM, and web

  • Explore and implement AI tools to scale creative output
  • Bring fresh ideas, visual thinking, and a high bar for craft

Why you’ll thrive here:

  • You’re fluent in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
  • You have a portfolio that shows elevated, modern, thoughtful design
  • You understand visual trends and how brands show up on social
  • You’re proactive, collaborative, and excited to build in a fast‑moving startup
  • You’re comfortable using AI tools to move faster and unlock new ideas
  • You care about health, wellness, and longevity

What thriving looks like:

  • You care about craft.
  • You move with pace and intention.
  • You’re curious, ambitious, and excited to grow.
  • You want to help shape a brand with purpose, and see your work out in the world.

Two questions: Include your answers (max 300 words each) in your CV or Cover Letter when you apply. Tell us about a brand you’ve noticed with strong Paid Social advertising. What makes it successful? Which brands in the wellness and/or longevity space do you admire from a visual perspective, and why?
