As part of the adidas Global Enablement team, you'll help drive media strategy and planning excellence across markets worldwide. Working at the intersection of sport, culture and creativity, you'll play a key role in helping adidas connect with audiences through innovative, effective and globally connected media solutions. What you'll do

  • Lead the development of global communications strategies and planning frameworks that guide both brand activity and major campaigns.
  • Partner closely with senior adidas stakeholders to shape briefs, uncover strategic opportunities and ensure planning recommendations are grounded in audience insight, effectiveness and business outcomes.
  • Set the strategic direction and planning standards for adidas globally.
  • Develop connected communications strategies across audience, channel, investment and measurement planning.
  • Translate cultural, behavioural and commercial insights into actionable planning guidance.
  • Lead global investment recommendations using data, planning tools and effectiveness learnings.
  • Drive innovation opportunities and help scale successful solutions across markets.
  • Connect planning, activation, measurement and optimisation to improve performance.
  • Champion OMNI and modern connected planning practices across the team.
  • Coach and develop two Planning Managers, fostering collaboration, growth and high standards.
