Job Description:

PHD has been appointed as part of adidas’s global media agency network and is building the measurement and effectiveness function that will serve the brand across its global market structure.
The Role in a Sentence
The Measurement & Effectiveness Lead is the commercial engine of the adidas measurement function: the day-to-day counterpart to adidas’s global measurement leadership and its markets, turning measurement into decisions that change how media is planned and bought.



Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
