About Us: OMODA & JAECOO are new brands built by Chery Group, a leading Chinese automobile company. OMODA & JAECOO operate individually from other brands of Chery Group. Its business scope covers the R&D, production, and sales of passenger cars.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Investor Relationships: Develop robust relationships with your Region’s Retailers. Manage and deliver elements which cover reward, challenge, and penalty. Act as a representative and ambassador for the Omoda & Jaecoo Brands.
  • Customer Experience: Become directly involved in Customer cases and take ownership of the Customer journey. Understand vehicle/ownership conditions to bring Customer issues to a swift conclusion.
  • Technical Support & Warranty Claims: Support Technical and Warranty Teams with managing Dealer objections and timeframes. Qualify gaps and suggest solutions when required.
  • Dealer Audits: Conduct frequent and planned dealer visits to measure the Network’s ability to deliver optimum Customer Experience. Manage time efficiently to ensure dealer visits and administration are up-to-date.
  • Performance Management: Manage and influence metrics within the Dealer Balance Scorecard (DBS). Ensure positive performance trends in Aftersales KPIs.
  • Brand Ambassador: Attend and support Brand events during the year, which may be outside your Region and could run outside of business hours.

KPI’s:

  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Manage and resolve Customer cases in a timely manner. Take ownership of Customer/Dealer complaints.
  • Parts Sales Management: Manage parts targets and processes to drive repeat and incremental parts purchases. Measure and manage returns.
  • Dealer Balance Scorecard (DBS) Improvements: Focus on rolling trends to celebrate and maintain positive KPI performance. Address negative performance with recovery actions.
  • Special Project Champion: Take ownership of Special Projects to improve commercial propositions and processes.

Requirements: You will need to be a robust, calm, and efficient operator, capable of taking on a large amount of responsibility. Relationship building will come naturally, and you will manage a busy diary that may change at a moment’s notice. Adaptability and willingness to take new instructions are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including reporting and data analysis platforms, is required. A full and clean driving license is necessary.
