In 2025 the sales volume will continue to grow exponentially, with the launch of four new models throughout the year.

Job Overview

As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for devising, creating and delivering an accreditation pathway for all OMODA & JAECOO retailer sales staff. This will be delivered through a combination of e-learning and classroom modules.

The role will also be responsible for delivering bespoke and ad-hoc training programmes, to support short-term requirements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of creating and delivering training so automotive sales teams, through working for an OEM or training agency. They will also be competent in creating e-learning modules in AICC or SCORM format.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation and delivery of end-to-end sales accreditation pathway.
  • Creation of e-learning modules and classroom modules.
  • Constant development of sales training, such as management skills and needs-based training.
  • Working with wider business to identify training needs, and to create and deliver training courses to address them.
  • Becoming a product expert, and the point of contact for retailer queries on product controls and features.
  • Managing user list in Learning Management System, ensuring all retailer staff are enrolled.
  • Providing regular reporting for retailers to track training completion rates per staff member.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience at creating and delivering sales training to automotive retailer staff.
  • Able to demonstrate an innovative approach to training, constantly evolving approach in light of new research and techniques.
  • Extensive experience of creating e-learning in either AICC or SCORM formats.
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, able to create engaging presentations and automating reports in Excel.
  • Able to work collaborative, building relationships with both internal staff and retailer staff.
  • Able to demonstrate a proactive approach, identifying problems early and finding solutions.
  • Good organisation, with the ability to manage competing responsibilities.
