Role overview:
This role has been created thanks to the rapid expansion of OJUK’s operation and the introduction of a third brand into our portfolio; Chery UK. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fleet Marketing Specialist to lead marketing strategies for our fleet division. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring our fleet services and vehicles are effectively positioned to attract and retain business clients. Reporting to the Fleet Sales Director, you will be responsible for all Fleet-related events, lead generation and marketing activities. You will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and product teams to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to fleet customers, including B2B outreach, digital advertising, and event marketing.
- Manage marketing and digital agencies as well as social accounts to ensure brand awareness growth and success of quarterly campaigns.
- Manage brand positioning for fleet services across all channels, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning in the automotive fleet sector.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, Retailer assets, presentations, and case studies for corporate clients.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website content, SEO, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design lead-generation strategies and track campaign performance.
- Organize and represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Monitor marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-3 years of marketing experience, ideally within the automotive or fleet management industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and customer acquisition.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
