Role Overview:
As a Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and optimising tactical marketing campaigns that drive vehicle sales and support commercial performance in the UK. Reporting to the GTM Manager, you will translate go-to-market strategy into best-in-class campaign execution, working closely with internal teams, agency partners, finance providers, and the dealer network. You will own the end-to-end delivery of campaigns, from briefing to execution and performance evaluation. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on campaign delivery, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and launch tactical campaigns (finance offers, incentives, seasonal activity) for Private and Motability Channels
- Coordinate rollout across digital, CRM, and retail channels
- Manage stakeholders across UK office, agencies, finance partners, and dealers
- Track and report campaign performance (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
- Identify optimisation opportunities using a PDCA approach
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Support pricing, finance setup, and volume planning alignment
Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in marketing, GTM, or campaign roles
- Strong campaign execution skills across multiple channels
- Strong understanding of retail consumer finance essential
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Data-driven mindset with strong reporting capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis and basic modelling) with the ability to analyse campaign performance and identify trends
- Strong skills in PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear, structured and impactful presentations for senior stakeholders
- Experience in campaign reporting and performance dashboards
- Experience building or using dashboards (Power BI preferred) to track campaign and commercial performance
- Comfortable working with data to generate actionable insights and recommendations
- Experience in automotive, retail, or agency environments (preferred)
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Ideally with a relevant degree or qualification.
