The Sales Performance Manager is responsible for driving sales performance and achieving commercial targets within a designated geographic zone. This role involves managing relationships with dealers, executing sales strategies, and ensuring that the brand's presence and performance are optimized within the assigned area. The Sales Performance Manager plays a crucial role in aligning local sales activities with broader company objectives.

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals within the assigned zone by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Dealer Network Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers, ensuring they are fully supported and motivated to achieve sales targets. Provide training and resources to improve dealer performance.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales initiatives and promotional activities in alignment with the company's overall strategy. Monitor and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and market conditions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats within the zone.

  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and dealer activities to the Regional Operations Manager.

Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, commercial management, economics, automotive engineering or machinery engineering; Professional experience: more than 8 years of work experience in automobile sales and dealer network management; Excellent management skills, preferably in projects involving site selection, architecture/construction approval processes and implementation of franchise standards; Strong communication and coordination ability, planning ability and execution ability; Flexibility to travel throughout the Region.
