Overview

Regional Aftersales Manager for the Midlands Region of Omoda | Jaecoo (UK) Limited, a brand under Chery Group. Based in the Midlands (ideally East Anglia), this role requires extensive travel to retailers and to the Head Office in Chiswick.

Responsibilities

  • Investor Relationships – Build and maintain relationships with all Retailers, acting as the brand ambassador and taking decisive action on issues.
  • Customer Experience – Own customer cases, root‑cause vehicle/ownership conditions, and close issues swiftly; critical metrics include dealer management and brand reputation.
  • Technical Support & Warranty Claims – Support technical and warranty teams, qualify gaps, propose solutions, and manage dealer visit agendas; no technical knowledge required.
  • Performance Management – Drive dealer balance scorecard (DBS) KPIs, maintain positive trends, and stabilise negative performance.
  • Brand Ambassador – Attend brand events throughout the year, sometimes outside business hours.
  • Special Projects – Own and deliver projects that improve commercial proposition.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Customer Complaint Resolution – manage and close complaints efficiently.
  • Dealer Balance Scorecard (DBS) – positive rolling trends over 3, 6, 9 and 12 months.
  • Parts & Return Management – meet year‑on‑year targets and manage VHC processes.

Qualifications & Personal Requirements

  • Preferred experience: OEM or Retailer aftersales in a group aftersales manager role.
  • Strong relationship building and network management.
  • Capability to manage a busy, change‑able diary.
  • Adaptable, responsive to new instructions, meets deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
  • Full and clean driving licence.
