Allen Motor Group in Warwick is seeking an Aftersales Advisor to support our Ford dealership. You will update customers on vehicle work, book into the workshop and guide clients with care, while ensuring GDPR compliance.
Full-time permanent role, 46.33 hours per week, Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays. £30,000 base salary with an OTE of £35,000. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will develop customer satisfaction and upsell where appropriate.
