Allen Motor Group is currently looking to employ an Aftersales Manager to join our Ford, KIA & OMODA Jaecoo dealership in Rayleigh. The successful candidate will manage a dynamic and fast‑paced service department, focusing on performance in both profits and customer satisfaction. This full‑time, permanent role offers a basic salary of up to £55,000 with an OTE of £67,000 and a company‑provided vehicle. The position reports to the General Manager.

Previous Experience

We are looking for an individual with strong previous experience as an automotive service/aftersales manager, ideally from a franchised dealership. The following skills and experience are desirable:

  • Ability to work in a busy environment as part of a team
  • Fantastic organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to overcome customer issues
  • Knowledge of warranty procedures is advantageous

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the achievement of KPIs for all service department members
  • Maintain an understanding of all relevant consumer and local market influences
  • Engage the aftersales team to deliver commercial results and exceptional customer service
  • Drive the performance of the workshop team to maximise efficiency
  • Develop the skills and career progression of current and new team members
